This is a really really great pool light. It illuminates my 30' x 15' pool Perfectly. The beam spread is just right, the brightness is just right at 250w. The bulb inside lasts for about two years of every night use for appx 6 hrs - we like our pool lit at night. I even put it on a dimmer at the circuit breaker box, to save electricity and provide mood lighting. We had to replace it because eventually the metal housing that contains the bulb corrodes from the chlorine and being submerged for that long period of time. So we had to pull it out - line and all and install this exact duplicate of the original, fishing the wire back thru the underground conduit. THIS IS A REPLACEMENT FIXTURE THAT GOES IN A PRE EXISTING NICHE IN THE POOL WALL, IT IS NOT A STAND ALONE POOL LIGHT. Anything that lasts 12 years under water, in a chlorine / chemical situation, is a pretty good quality fixture in my opinion. I even bought an extra one, just in case they don't make it anymore, 12 years from now.
Pros: High quality, long lasting, beautiful quality of light.
Cons: nothing negative
