Description of Commercial HCF Series Fiberglass 36 Inch Sand Filter with 2 Inch Bulkhead Connections

Hayward's Commercial HCF series of filters have been engineered to incorporate many new, innovative advanced features to fit today's demanding applications. On the 36" models, overhead multi-diffuser distribution is combined with a horizontal lateral grid-array. This system improves water distribution over the filter bed.

Hayward's twist-lock, tool-free rapid open/close lid mechanism with positive O-ring seal simplifies operation and ensures long-term durability and reliability. A 9 inch top opening for easy media loading and a large bottom media drain with integral screen makes it easy to drain and remove filters. It has a commercial grade, 1.5", one-piece injection molded, gel-coated, multi-layer,glass-reinforced Thermoset composite structure.
