The new TYR Technoflex 4.0 features a revolutionary dual injection manufacturing process. They incorporate differing hardness densities of thermo-plastic rubber. Stiffer durometer material provides frame rigidity to prevent nose bridge stretch. Gaskets are injected with a softer durometer material to prove greater comfort and fit.

Lenses are shatter resistant polycarbonate lenses provide optical clarity and UV protection and are specially treated to provide enhanced anti-fogging properties. Oversize lens increase vision awareness and lens side extensions provide greater peripheral vision.

The frame dual injection process allows for a rigid, yet flexile frame. Higher density material helps control stretch of frame to maintain leak-proof seal and ensure support. Nose bridge tension strikes balance between stretch and comfort properties.

Gaskets' extra-pliable and softer durometer provide unparalleled comfort and fit. Softer durometer TPR gaskets mold to facial contours providing a leak proof fit that requires minimal head strap tension.
