This is a great noodle workout for endurance, strength and power training. Karen is a very energetic instructor who definitely motivates.
This workout is in six cyles, each consisting of Strength Training: 1 minute, Cardiovascular: 3 minutes, High Intensity: 40 seconds. At every change in the cycle, a different sort of signal will sound (siren, drums, bubbles, etc.) which helps the viewer with the changes in the cycle. The last 4 cycles use a pool noodle.
