Description of The Noodle Workout DVD by Karen Westfall.
This is a great noodle workout for aerobics, toning and stretching. Karen is an excellent instructor and uses helpful hints in some of the more complicated moves. An underwater camera also gives you a view of the lower body which makes it an easy to follow under water workout.In the beginning, some simple, very basic moves and stretches are demonstrated. A more difficult way to perform the exercises is also demonstrated. Aerobic and cardiovascular lower body work are demonstrated as well as upper/lower body toning. Equipment Needed: 1 long noodle and 2 shorter noodles (one long noodle cut in half). Length: 47 minutes.
