Durabilty. Aluminum frames are made with heavy gauge extrusions in special configurations to increase strength and enhance the design. All frames are hand welded with a special heli arc equipment. All welds are full circumference ensuring years of carefree enjoyment. Each vinyl straps is permanently held in place by nylon rivets covered by a full double wrap of strap at each end. This eliminates strap pullout.

Comfort. Each chair is ergonomically designed to provide both lumbar and shoulder support to provide extremely comfortable seating. Suncoast uses 11 straps on the high back chair—the most in the industry! The placement and increased number of straps provide unsurpassed comfort.

Quality. Suncoast uses cold drawn aluminum tubing which is 40% stronger than the extruded or welded tubing used by other manufacturers. The cold drawn process makes the aluminum stronger and harder! Only stainless steel nuts and bolts are used where movement is desired. The Sanibel Straps are 2 inches wide by 1/8 inch thick with 100% virgin vinyl with added ultraviolet stabilizers and mildew inhibitors. This means longer lasting colors and greater mildew resistance.
