Rubber-base coatings are one of the most popular types of coatings used for refinishing swimming pools, due largely to the fact that most swimming pools were originally coated with chlorinated rubber prior to the development of epoxy coatings. Today, rubber-base pool coatings still provide an attractive, easy to apply finish.

Compatible with Chlorinated Rubber Only!

PARALON 2 is Olympic's premium grade chlorinated rubber pool enamel. This coating is recommended for refinishing existing chlorinated rubber coatings. It is an attractive, low sheen, rubber-base pool enamel with high water resistance. The soft satin appearance will please the most discriminating pool owner while providing economical protection for the pool surface. Two coats of PARALON 2 are required for best results. On unusually porous, bare surfaces like concrete or plaster, a third coat may be necessary.

Compatible with these types of pools: Concrete or Plaster. Coverage: Approximately 250 – 275 square feet per gallon.
