The Split Fulcrum Pad is for your diving board protection. It easily slips on over 1.5 or 2 inch O.D. pipe. The 20 inch fulcrum cover is extruded of 60 durometer white rubber. The top is flat with a grooved surface to control vibration of the diving board. Protect your board from splitting stress!
