The Sculling Finger Paddles cover all fingers, but not the palm of the hand. This allows for maximum pressure on all the fingers. It is this pressure that forces the forearm muscles to be trained more specifically. The absence of a paddle over the palm of the hand creates a feeling for the water pressure.
