Description of Hayward HCP Pumps 5-1/2 to 10 hp.
Hayward Commercial HCP self-priming pumps provide a technologically advanced alternative to traditional pumps with cast iron housings. Their thermoplastic housings make them lighter weight, for easier one-man installation and they won't rust in a chemically corrosive atmosphere. They're quiet and efficient. A clear lid allows visual inspection of the strainer basket to see when it needs cleaning, and it opens without tools. Impeller and flange made from glass-reinforced Noryl™ for maximum strength-to-weight ratio. Four sizes allow right sizing for most high-flow, medium head applications.
