Conquer the harshest of environments with these Indoor/Outdoor Braille Signs. Each professional looking sign is constructed of a laminated polycarbonate face and adhered to a 1/8 inch acrylic back plate, providing an ideal combination that withstands chemicals and the elements.

Signs are provided with double-faced foam tape. For rough outdoor surfaces such as brick or concrete, order a frame with mounting holes to screw into your surface, then adhere the sign to the frame with the foam tape provided. Frames available in black only and sold separately.

SIGN MOUNTING

Where permanent identification is provided for rooms and spaces, signs shall be installed on the wall adjacent to the latch side of the door.

Where there is no wall space to latch side of the door, including at double-leaf doors, signs shall be placed on the nearest adjacent wall.

Mounting height shall be 60 inches above the finish floor to the centerline of the sign.

Mounting location for such signage shall be so that a person may approach with 3 inches of signage without encountering protruding objects or standing within 3 inches of signage without encountering protruding objects or standing within the swing of a door.
