    John Kilpatrick is the national executive director of AUSTSWIM.     Peter Meaney is a professor at the RMIT University in Melbourne. Internationally recognized for his training of physical education teachers, his primary area of interest is in swimming and water safety. He has presented numerous papers and is the author of a number of publications.
