Description of Finis Swim Mirror training aid.

Watch yourself swim and see what the coaches see. Swim Mirrors provide instant feedback to help improve your swimming technique. Simply place the mirror on the bottom of the pool and remove when practice is complete. Swim Mirrors are designed to be placed end-to-end or in sequence, allowing swimmers to continually see themselves as they swim.

Made of Reinforced Polished Aluminum: Creates clean mirror finish for instant visual feedback for improving stroke technique.

Size: 45.5 x 28 inches, Weight: 3 lbs: Lightweight size allows mirror to be easily placed on the bottom of the pool. It is recommended to remove, rinse, and store mirror when practice is complete.

Integrated Corner Holes: Holes allow mirrors to attach to one another or to hang from a wall for flip turns--enabling swimmers to see their stroke from a head-on-view.
