Description of Paragon Varsity Standard Starting Platform Competitor (No Anchor).

Internationally acclaimed Paragon Starting Platforms are used in more competition pools than any other platform. They are widely used in FINA, NCAA, NFSHSAA, USMS and USAS events. Each platform frame is a single weldment manufactured of high-grade stainless steel, polished and buffed to a 320 grit finish. All welds are electron-chemically passivated for maximum corrosion resistance. They will not warp, shrink rot or crack. They are virtually indestructible! Features:

High-grade stainless steel frames.
Polished and buffed to a 320 grit finish.
Tops are a solid sheet of 1.25” high density (UV inhibited) polypropylene with a patent-pending, cross-grooved, non-skid, white sand finish.

LOW HEIGHT PLATFORMS VARSITY (SINGLE LEG)
The Varsity Platform Series was originally designed to accommodate the high school ruling of an allowable height above water in some venues of 18 inches. This ruling has changed; however, the coaching community still utilizes this platform to ender less than maximum height above water. Platform Tops are 24 x 20 inches. (Anchors are included unless noted with No Anchor (NA)).

Varsity Platforms do not include a mounting step. If you would like a mounting step, it must be specified at time of order. Extra charges for the mounting step(s) apply.

Varsity Standard Competitor. (Utilizes Dual Post Competitor Anchor.) Anchor setback is fixed at 18 inches. Field measurements are required.
