Sold as two separate parts. Paragon’s heavy-duty eyebolt and threaded brass wall insert work together to provide a heavy-duty wall eyebolt.

Heavy-duty Eyebolt only. Purchase wall insert separately.

After you purchase both parts of the eyebolt, it will go together as shown below.
