ENERGYSAVER XER (6-YEAR WARRANTY)

The EnergySaver XER is designed for heavy-duty use in punishing environments. It has all the same features as Standard EnergySaver pool cover plus heavy-duty materials for greater abrasion resistance and strength, stronger seam configurations, and super-reinforced ends. The standard cover features include non-corrosive brass grommets, load-dispersing plates to reinforce ends, UV-resistant polyester thread, weighted anchor edges, and reinforced rail and ladder cutouts, which makes it the most effective cover system available for complex, irregular shaped and multi-functional pools with various water features.

The EnergySaver XER Pool Cover material is Blue-Black 12 x 10 count fabric-foam laminate with black edging. Material consist of white, 125-inch thick, closed-cell, cross-linked, 2 PCF density polyethylene foam complemented with EVA additive, fortified on both sides with heavy duty, woven high-density polyethylene (HDPE) fabrics. Both sides of HDPE fabrics are protected from harmful UV exposures by the addition of 2 mils thick proprietary Ultrasorb UV resistant coating. Laminated materials are sewn together by using .375-inch gauge double needle, lockstitch machine and size 138 bonded, black, UV resistant polyester threads. To add stability, outdoor covers are equipped with weighted vinyl anchor edge, sewn along the length of the cover. Each end of cover is reinforced with .125-inch thick load-dispersing PVC plates, non-corrosive stainless steel grommets, and all are encapsulated with 6 layers of fabric. Solid UHMW-PE dowels with solid braided polyester cord are tied to each grommet for easy and simple cover retrieval and storage. Each blanket has three equally spaced reinforced grommets and one heavy-duty corded dowel as a tow-rope puller.
