  • Absolutely! If you prefer to speak to us directly, please give us a call at (800) 446-6416 and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to help!

  • How much do you charge for shipping?
  • Orders which are $50.00 and above qualify for free ground shipping. All others under $50 ship for only $5.95 via ground.

    If you need your item in a hurry, you will have the option to upgrade to expedited shipping options at checkout. If you need your item by a certain day or even sooner, give us a call for all options for getting you what you need when you need it.

    Please note: certain items such as paint are not legally allowed to ship via air; they must be shipped ground. Please review our shipping policy for more information.

  • Will I be charged taxes?
  • Orders shipping to Maine, Texas and Florida could be subject to sales tax. If your organization is tax exempt, please contact BEFORE placing your order to ensure your order will be processed tax free.

  • How do I place a return?
  • You can request a return authorization by visiting www.poolweb.com/returns. After you request a return, you will receive instructions from our customer service department on how to return your order properly.

  • Do you offer rebates or discounts?
  • Absolutely! The best way to stay in the know is to check our homepage frequently. As well, we offer our members special deals and promotions via our newsletter. To join, please refer to the newsletter link at the bottom of each page on this site.

  • What forms of payment can I use?
  • We accept all major forms of credit cards, Paypal, and even purchase orders for our established customers.

  • Do you ship internationally?
  • Yes! We gladly accept orders from all around the world many times right online.

    If you cannot place your order online, it may require additional assistance from customer service to calculate freight. Please email us for additional assistance with this order.

  • How do I track my order?
  • When your order ships, we will send you a notification email containing a tracking number. Simply click the link in this email to track your packages!
