New York Swimming Pool Rules and Regulations 

Regulations for the State of New York for commercial swimming pools dictates the required safety equipment, pool rules signs, safety signs as well as various other traditional construction and safety regulations related to swimming pools.

Notes: New York’s public health code Part 6 requires signs be posted with maximum bather loads and hours open, which we have incorporated into one Pool Rules sign for the state. In addition, if you are a Supervisory Level IV pool, you will also need the New York Rules sign titled Notice/Warning.
