When you place an order with Poolweb.com, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose.
Shipping costs for orders from Poolweb.com depend upon the shipping methods and options you choose. If you choose to ship items as soon as they become available and choose not to wait until your order can be shipped complete, then additional charges may result. Shipping your order when all items are available may save you additional shipping costs.
In addition, depending on the variety of products on a single order, it may be necessary to ship your order in separate shipments according to the warehouse and/or manufacturer in which product is located and being shipped from. In these instances, it will be necessary to charge shipment from each warehouse or manufacturer location.
Our minimum shipping charge is $11.95 per shipment for items that can be shipped standard UPS ground service in the continental U.S. We offer free shipping for eligible items (refer to Free Shipping Policy).
Heavier items are identified with a "ship via truck" comment. These items and multiple box orders may increase indicated shipping charges. Please refer to Freight Shipment Delivery Policy for detailed information or call our Customer Service Department.
All shipping charges posted are for the continental U.S. Call for shipping options to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, and Canada.
Free Shipping Policy
- Free shipping offer is valid only on items that can be shipped via UPS Ground.
- Free Shipping offer is valid on eligible products only which will be shown on the web site.
- Free Shipping offer is valid only to the 48 continental states in the USA and for product that can be shipped standard UPS ground service. (See United Parcel Service Shipping Policy.)
United Parcel Service Shipping Policy
Our primary package carrier is United Parcel Service. Standard UPS ground service takes approximately 2 to 7 business days from the date of your order to arrival at shipping address. Some special orders may take longer. Orders shipped outside the Continental US, next day, 2nd day, and 3rd day, orders containing hazardous materials, dense weight, chemicals, paint, products in one-five gallon containers, and products that require shipment in boxes that UPS classifies as oversized may incur additional handling charges. These charges will be calculated and added at time of shipment.
For UPS shipments, you will be notified via e-mail when your order is shipped. In this notification, we will provide the date of shipment and the UPS tracking number.
All UPS shipments can be tracked by The Aquatic Technology UPS Tracking System.
Weight and Size Information for UPS Shipments
* Maximum Weight: 150 lb.
* Shipping rates are based on package weight and size and origin-to-destination distance.
* Actual weight is the package weight rounded up to the next full pound.
* Dimensional weight reflects package density, which is the amount of space a package occupies in relation to its actual weight. Calculations of dimensional weight are based on the International Air Transport Association (IATA) volumetric standards (subject to change without notice).
* If the dimensional weight of a package measuring over 1 cubic foot exceeds the actual weight, then UPS will use the dimensional weight to determine the package charge.
* Haz-Mat shipments require special arrangements and charges.
Residential Customers
To quickly and efficiently complete your package delivery, we offer the following suggestions for our residential customers:
- If you are expecting a delivery and you know you won't be home, leave a note for your UPS driver, giving him permission to leave your package at your residence or at a neighbor's home.
- UPS will often leave packages without a signature in a concealed covered area out of street view. Always check outside your home before tracing a shipment.
- Sometimes multiple package shipments become separated and arrive on different days. Always allow an extra 1-2 days in this situation.
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses will always delay a shipment. Please be sure all information is accurate and complete (i.e., always include St., Pl., Ave., etc., in address).
Limited Shipping Areas Policy
Certian product lines (Speedo, Zoll) can only be shipped to United States and it's territories, Canda, Mexico and the Caribbean. Should your order contain products that have restricted shipping, the productt will be removed from your order.
Freight Shipment Delivery Policy
Heavy items are shipped by freight line. Freight shipments take approximately 7 business days for delivery. Shipments become property of the purchaser upon delivery to the specified shipping agent. Unless specifically requested in writing when the order is placed, Aquatic Technology, Inc. ® will choose the carrier to be used. Freight companies require the customer to provide assistance in offloading shipments and a signature will be required for the merchandise. We will provide the freight company with your phone number so they may schedule your delivery directly with you. Any visible or concealed damage must be reported to the trucking company within 3 days. Visible damage should be noted and detailed on the freight truck original bill of lading before signing for the shipment. A call should also be made to us, at this time, so that we can assist you. It is important that you save the packaging for inspection. If you sign for a damaged package without noting the damage at the time of delivery, the carrier will often not allow the claim. Please make sure you inspect your packages before accepting them. Please refer to Freight Claim Policy for detailed information. Freight charges for products shipped by truck will be calculated at time of shipment. The charge shown on your web sale sorder is an estimate. The number of boxes and their final weight along with the freight company fuel charge on day of shipment determine the actual charges. Product will be shipped F.O.B. Origin, Freight Prepaid, and Charged Back.
Drop Shipment Policy
In the event that an item is out of stock, we will occasionally drop ship the item direct from our manufacturers to save delays in processing your order. All shipping policy and charges remain the same.
FREIGHT CLAIMS
INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON DELIVERY! You are responsible for the quantity and condition of the shipment you are receiving. Aquatic Technology cannot be held responsible for freight damage, unloading of orders, or delays. If you notice any damage to the packaging or have a question on the quantity received, note it on the freight company original bill of lading and contact Aquatic Technology so we may assist you with your claim. If you find hidden damage after three days, you may not be able to file a freight claim.

Sales Tax Policy
Maine and Massachusetts purchasers will be charged applicable Sales Tax unless purchaser furnishes a resale or tax exempt certificate to Aquatic Technology, Inc. ® prior to purchase. No prices or quotations include sales tax.
Pricing Policy
All prices are F.O.B. Liberty, Maine or point of origin. Due to market conditions, all prices are subject to change without notice. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping and packaging charges. Shipping charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice unless agreed upon by Aquatic Technology, Inc. ® at the time the order is placed.
