I have a Pentair 261152 2-Inch Threaded Multiport Valve. Will the 271148 gasket work? I can't find the part number for the 261152.Paul T from Chadds Ford, PA asked on 06-17-18

This gasket is attached to the 2 inch 261152 Multiport Valve Parts Schematic (see #Pentair-Top-Mount_Side-Mount_Valve_Parts). That information is also listed under Replacement Part For after Specifications on the item (gasket) itself.
I have a Pentair 7 port multi valve 272526 and I can't find the seal for it. Where can I find the seal?Ray asked on 06-08-18
Poolweb Technical Support answered on June 8, 2018
A 7 port multi valve with that number cannot be located or referenced. All the Schematics for the valves are located in our Parts Category. Depending on whether you have a 1-1/2 or 2 inch, you may want to browse thru there to locate your valve and the part(s). Here is a link to that category: http://www.poolweb.com/parts/schematics/valve-parts.

I have an old sand pool filter FloPro SS240. It is almost 18 years old. Now backwash valve is leaking. Do you still have any parts to fix the problem?Urszula asked on 05-27-18
Poolweb Technical Support answered on May 29, 2018
This is a Pentair replacement part. We are not finding anything for a Flo Pro Sand Filter. We would need to have one of our technicians research it. If you can provide the manufacturer and any other information you may have on that model to our firstname.lastname@example.org, one of our techs may be able to find some information out for you.
I have an old Americana multiport valve and the spider gasket is shot. Could you tell me if you have a replacement for it and the o ring for the top?Chris asked on 05-21-18
Poolweb Technical Support answered on May 22, 2018
Without knowing more information on the American valve you have, we cannot answer the question. Some American products were converted over to Pentair but they have model numbers for references. You may want to contact our email@example.com with images of the tag on the valve. They may be able to see if replacement parts are available based on that information.
How do you remove the original gasket from the valve housing?Rob from Ohio asked on 05-07-18
Poolweb Technical Support answered on May 8, 2018
Rob, if it does not remove easily, a knife or a screwdriver may be necessary. Be sure not to damage the groove for the gasket when removing it.
