Description
The Sta-Rite D-Series Model DHH-171M 3 HP Centrifugal Pump is 230 Volts 1-Phase with Marathon motor, precision cast iron with a machined bronze impeller and is a high performance and self-priming pump. The D-Series have an open drip-proof motor with continuous duty rated at 3450 RPM and is suitable for outdoor installation. The flange motors are JM type and NEMA listed. These pumps are designed for commercial and public swimming pools, aquatic facilities and waterparks where high performance and self-priming is needed.Each D-Series model has a back pull-out design that allows entire motor to be removed for servicing impeller, seal or motor without disturbing plumbing. The hair and lint strainer is not included but can be purchased as a separate item. A few hair and lint strainer options are available to you from Pentair.
