Florida Swimming Pool Rules and Regulations

In order to ensure the safety of swimmers, the state of Florida has put in place a number of regulations for commercial pools. Regulations for the State of Florida for commercial swimming pools dictate the required safety equipment, pool rules signs, safety signs as well as various other traditional construction and safety regulations related to swimming pools.

By following these simple regulations, you can help ensure that your swimming experience in Florida is safe and enjoyable. Remember to always keep an eye on children when they are near water, and never swim alone. If you have any questions about Florida's pool regulations, please contact your local county building department or the State of Florida.
