Notes: | Our Kentucky Pool and Spa Rules incorporate what is required in the state’s 902-KAR. All facilities which do not provide a lifeguard must post and enforce “No person may enter the facility area alone or swim alone,” which is part of the Kentucky No Lifeguard on Duty sign. |
