Kentucky Swimming Pool Rules and Regulations 

Regulations for the Commonwealth of Kentucky for commercial swimming pools dictates the required safety equipment, pool rules signs, safety signs as well as various other traditional construction and safety regulations related to swimming pools.

Notes: The Kentucky Pool and Spa Rules incorporate what is required in the state’s 902-KAR. All facilities which do not provide a lifeguard must post and enforce “No person may enter the facility area alone or swim alone,” which is part of the Kentucky No Lifeguard on Duty sign.
