Nevada Swimming Pool Rules and Regulations 

Regulations for the State of Nevada for commercial swimming pools dictates the required safety equipment, pool rules signs, safety signs as well as various other traditional construction and safety regulations related to swimming pools.

Notes: Public spas in Nevada are required to post a 4 inch lettering height sign regarding children and maximum recommended time in the spa. The Nevada Pool Rules were developed using general safety and sanitation guidelines found in the Nevada NAC-444.
