Ohio Swimming Pool Rules and Regulations 

Regulations for the State of Ohio for commercial swimming pools dictates the required safety equipment, pool rules signs, safety signs as well as various other traditional construction and safety regulations related to swimming pools.

Notes: Ohio OAC Chapter 3701-31-01 requires certain rules be included in their Spa Rules sign. The code provides general safety and sanitary regulations which are reflected in the Ohio Pool Rules. Any public swimming pools that are closed must post at least one Danger or Warning – Pool Closed sign.
