The Pool Pilot Professional PRO4US includes 4 power supplies and 4 commercial cell manifolds and is designed for commercial pools from 60,000 to 150,000 gallons (depending on bather load). The system is designed specifically for commercial pools to supply salt chlorination and is tested and approved by NSF International. This salt generator is environmentally friendly, energy efficient, and can operate salt levels safely anywhere from 2,000 to 35,000 ppm (35,000 being ocean water). The Pool Pilot Professional by AutoPilot and AquaCal provides more versatility than any other salt system and it is also compatible with ORP controllers. Virtually any number of controllers can be installed.

The compact design of the Pool Professional saves space with two independent power supplies and two cell manifolds. The modular design is ideally suited for aquatic equipment rooms. Each cell produces up to 2.5 lbs. of chlorine per day and each power supply can control up to six cells (convection or in-line configuration). The enclosure door features a window and light for viewing the digital display and status without opening the door. And the digital panel monitors independent cell performance accurately and constantly, recommending how much salt to add (when needed) to keep your swimming pool balanced.

The Pool Pilot also has a patented temperature compensation that is software-controlled to regulate the chlorine output and protect the power supply. The cells generate 100% pure chlorine and have been commercially coated for increased life duration and output. To ensure the most efficient chlorine production possible, a bypass manifold with tri-sensor regulates flow. The system is designed for reduced maintenance, efficiency, and a long life.

Salt chlorine lowers conventional chemical use by eliminating the need for chlorine and bromine. Using the salt from your pool, the Pool Professional employs electrolysis to transform salt into 100% chlorine, sanitizing your entire pool. After the chlorine is recycled and returns to its salt state, it is used again for chlorination.
