Notes: The Rhode Island Title 23-22 and 216-RICR-50-50-4.6.6 lists detailed written policies that must be included in the posted Rhode Island Pool Rules and Spa Rules signs, as well as the No Lifeguard sign, where applicable. The No Lifeguard sign has specific wording in 4 inch lettering and added pool information as required by Rhode Island code.
