This is a Spectrum V5 Control Box with Wired Battery Kit. The kit includes both the V5 Wired Battery and V5 Receiver and can be used to update old Spectrum V4 lift battery systems. Purchasing this kit, rather than the items separately, saves you a significant amount of money.To maintain the battery properly, the battery must be fully charged monthly. If the battery goes for longer than three months without a charge, the battery will have significantly reduced capacity.
