The Neptune 2.7 Total Horsepower (THP) variable speed pool pump motor is a premium-efficiency solution designed to deliver powerful, flexible, and quiet pool circulation performance. It features a fully integrated motor, control, and user interface (UI), making it a convenient drop-in option for simple installation and straightforward operation. It is designed to communicate and operate with a variety of external system controls.

With exceptional programming flexibility and a wide speed range, the Neptune 2.7 THP motor can be tailored to different pool system needs. Its on-board UI makes it easy to configure settings directly on the unit. It also supports communication and operation with a variety of external system controls for broader compatibility and automation. Built for a long field life, the motor uses a finned aluminum enclosure that provides IPX5 water ingress protection. This makes it well suited for outdoor environmental conditions. It is designed to operate efficiently, with 2.7 THP performance rated at 85% efficiency at 3450 RPM.

Additional features include a configurable low-temperature monitor, auxiliary load relay capability, MODBUS RTU communication support with specific pool control systems, up to seven daily schedules, adjustable priming time and speed, and keypad lockout for added control security. The user interface can be rotated to 90, 180, or 270 degrees for installation flexibility, and the motor is designed for counter-clockwise rotation when viewing the motor shaft.
