Poolweb Returns

Returns with orders are easy. Most orders can be accepted for returns within 30 days of the item being delivered to you. The item must be in original condition. It can take up to 5-10 business days to process your return and it can take an additional 3-5 business days for your refund to process depending on your financial institution.

We are committed to customer satisfaction and we offer online returns, warranty claims and delivery issue reporting. Select the most appropriate option for your circumstance for the fastest support:

In Stock Items

If your item is listed as "in stock", we accept returns within a 30 day period. Our online return system will generate a pre-paid shipping label for your convenience to return your order. Your refund will be reduced by the amount of the return shipping costs. If you do not use the label to return your order or one is not provided to you, your order will be subject to a 25% processing fee.

Out of Stock Items

If your item is not listed as in stock, we accept returns within a 30 day period with a 25% restocking fee plus the cost of any pre-paid shipping labels used.


We do not accept returns on certain items such as paint, chemicals, electrical components, discontinued, or custom-made products. Other items may not be returnable, and they are specified on the item webpage. Please ensure that you find our policy agreeable before making your purchase.

Defective Products

Aquatic Technology Inc. takes every possible measure to ensure your order will arrive in perfect working condition. Occasionally, you may receive an item that is not functional due to a manufacturer defect. Please submit a Guarantee claim for credit or work directly with the manufacturer for assistance. Defective items cannot be returned for credit.

Delivery Refused

If the shipping carrier returns an item to us because it was refused or undeliverable at the address provided, a 25% restocking fee will apply along with the round trip shipping cost for the package. If the item was shipped for free, outbound shipping fees will be charged back at the time of the return.


All returned item(s) are subject to inspection. All items returned must be in new and sellable condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and paperwork (i.e. owners manual, warranty card, etc.).
