Backorder Processing

Poolweb.com will ship your item(s) as soon as we receive all of them in our warehouse or the manufacturer has them available for shipment to you. 

Orders are processed to ship in the least amount of shipments as possible. Your order may be held until all items are available for shipment.  

We do our best to provide you with an accurate shipping time frame for orders which are not expected to ship within a 1-2 business days after placing your order. Please keep in mind that the shipment date we provide is an estimated time frame and is subject to change based on vendor/manufacturer delays and/or weather delays. We will keep you updated as much as possible on any backorders as soon as we have the information.
