Backorder Processing

Firstly, we will notify you as soon as we become aware that an item in your order is on backorder. Our Customer Service team will reach out to you via email to provide an update and give you an estimated time frame for when the item will become available.

If the backordered item is expected to become available within a few days or weeks, we may hold your entire order until that item arrives so that we can ship everything at once. 

If the backordered item is expected to take longer to become available, we may offer you the option to split your order and ship the available items first. This way, you can receive the items that are immediately available while waiting for the backordered item to arrive. However, please keep in mind that additional shipping costs may apply if you choose this option.

Our team will keep you informed of all updates regarding the status of your backordered item. We will work with our vendors and manufacturers to ensure that we receive the item as soon as possible, and we will notify you immediately once more information becomes available.
