This gray Foam Expansion Joint Filler measures 1/2 inch thick and 3 inches wide. It is designed for installation into concrete expansion joints prior to applying a self-leveling finishing product. The product is cut to the specified lengths to meet your total quantity. The product is supplied in 50-foot rolls; orders exceeding 50 feet will be provided as one or multiple rolls, and/or cut to the necessary lengths to fulfill your order.

DECK-O-FOAM expansion joint filler is a flexible, lightweight, non-staining polyethylene foam with a closed-cell structure. It is chemical-resistant, UV stable, non-absorbent, and economical. This compressible foam provides long-lasting performance in both indoor and outdoor applications, making it an ideal choice for protecting expansion joints.

DECK-O-FOAM is supplied with a convenient, pre-scored, removable strip to provide a uniform sealing reservoir in the joint. It also serves as a sealant and bond breaker, providing an economical alternative as an expansion joint in all concrete paving projects. It is compatible with all currently available cold-applied sealants

DECK-O-FOAM is ideal for use as an expansion, contraction, and/or isolation joint in swimming pool decks, curb and gutter work, floor slabs, pavement patch repair, sidewalks, driveways, plazas, parking decks, highways, and airport runways. Attach DECK-O-FOAM securely to the existing concrete slab, coping, or form with tape or mechanical fasteners before pouring the next slab. Make sure that DECK-O-FOAM is level with the desired slab surfaces before finishing. If specifications require the use of a cold-applied sealant, remove the pre-scored strip and apply the sealant following the manufacturer's instructions.
