This is a Hayward W400BBKP Vac Lock Safety Wall Fitting for Navigator Pool Cleaners. The color is Black and the fitting is 1-1/2 inch MPT. Recommended for all pools with a dedicated suction line, the vac lock is a safety device that closes the suction line when the cleaner is not in use. It also holds the hose in place when the cleaner is installed.
