The case on this kit is metal, waterproof and dustproof with a handle. The kit has two tabs on each side with holes for mounting it to the wall, if that is what you prefer. This kit will meet most state code requirements. Some added first aid items (like a mylar blanket) may also need to be purchased to fully comply.
