Description
The GF Signet 2551Magmeter is an insertion-style magnetic flow sensor designed for 5-to-8-inch pipe, with a 4-20 mA output. This patented sensor has a polypropylene body, 316L stainless steel electrodes and grounding rings, and no moving parts. The corrosion-resistant materials provide long-term reliability with minimal maintenance costs. The sensor features empty pipe detection, with a zero flow output when the sensors are not completely wetted. Also, the frequency output is bi-directional, while the 4 to 20 mA output can be set for uni- or bi-directional flow using the display.
The GF Signet 2551 Magmeters are known for no moving parts, low maintenance, bi-directional flow measurement, and empty-pipe detection. Simple to install with time-honored reliable performance, Model 2551 Magmeters are rugged sensors that offer exceptional value with little or no maintenance.
