Description
Leakmaster LV-Z is a high-performance, single-component, polyurethane water-swelling sealant. Engineered for versatility, LV-Z is well-suited for sealing joints, cracks, and seams in a variety of building materials, including concrete, metal, glass, and certain plastics. Leakmaster may be applied in locations where conventional solid sealants cannot be used, including odd penetrations, irregularly shaped joints, and rough surfaces.
Leakmaster LV-Z has excellent adhesion. It does not require a primer in most cases, ensuring a long-lasting, watertight seal. It expands to roughly twice its original volume as a result of its distilled water absorption and swelling mechanisms.
Leakmaster can be applied with a standard caulking gun, so it's convenient for both professionals and DIY users. It cures at room temperature on dry surfaces and forms a rubbery, resilient seal. After hardening, it has better physical properties than those of conventional putty-type sealants.
