This is a Pentair R201557 Package of 4 Ball Bearing Wheels for the ProVac Flexible Vac Heads. These replacement Rainbow vacuum head wheels #175 are made of long wearing polyurethane with Delrin inner race and stainless steel balls.

These replacement wheels are designed for the ProVac Flexible Vacuum Head and these Pentair ProVac models: #214, #222, #229, and #241 (including Residential Models).
