Description
The Badu Pro-V SSP Commercial Pump is 2 HP, 208-230/460 Volts 3-Phase, 2 inch connections, and is designed to be a direct replacement for the Hayward Super Pump or the Pentair SuperFlo pumps. The Badu Pro SSP is constructed of all plastic for corrosion resistance and can withstand temperatures up to 175 degrees F. This model has a 56 frame TEFC self-priming motor which is maintenance free. The three-phase Badu Pro SSP pumps require a motor stater (for this model item #B9V24AXR62). It has a 4-bolt casing design with handle making this pump easy to service. The Badu Pro Series is salt water friendly and can be used on pool water with a salt concentration of up to 5000 ppm.Designed for small to medium size inground commercial swimming pools and spas, this pump has been engineered for superior performance and quiet operation. It comes with Speck's unique mechnical shaft seal that allows the pump, if mistreated, to un dry for up to one hour. The pump includes 2 inch and 3 inch quick disconnect unions for easy installation and maintenance. For pool users' safety, the impeller has a dielectric shaft that provides absolute separation between pool water and electric parts.
