Chemtrol PC3000 Programmable pH/ORP/Temp PPM Controller

Description

The Chemtrol PC3000 pH/ORP/Temp PPM Controller is a fully programmable controller that features automatic control of water chemistry, pH and ORP, plus control of conductivity or TDS, water balance, water saturation, and heater control. Other features of the PC3000 include sensor cleaning with programmable acid wash control, a remote alarm, shock program, security protection, and many more. This unit includes the controller, respective probes (pH and ORP sensors), safety flow switch, FCA flow cell assembly, PPM cell, and miscellaneous plumbing supplies.

The PC3000 main screen has an 8-line display screen that enables the operator to supervise all process functions at a glance and to quickly respond to any changing condition. It operates like a computer with the multi-line screen displays and direct access to all menus and submenus. The front panel keypad is used to move up and down each menu and enter or exit the submenus. All operating functions can be easily modified from the keypad, including sensor calibration, control set-points, alarm levels, and the programs for super chlorination and chemical savings.

The PC3000 controller has many options available to you. You can add the Free Chlorine PPM sensor for Free Chlorine (separate purchase). There are additional options available which can be added to this controller as a separate purchase. These options include TDS/Conductivity control for salt water, flow monitoring, water level control, and influent and effluent pressure monitoring with sensors.

You can also add full remote duplex capability with the CHEMCOM communications package (sold separately). Any number of facilities can be monitored either by remote computer or by telephone. This allows real-time supervision by management and remote troubleshooting by CHEMTROL technical support. The Communications Package is item #PCx-ETHCOM.

Chemtrol controllers have a Five-Year Warranty on electronics module and 1-Year on all other parts.
