Product Description
This is a Schedule 80 One-Piece Flange with a 2 inch threaded female connection. The Schedule 80 flanges are constructed of Rigid Poly (Vinyl Chloride) (PVC) Compounds and Chlorinated Poly Vinyl Chloride (CPVC) Compounds. Schedule 80 fittings are manufactured to ASTM D 2467 standards. This PVC flange complies with the perimeters specified in ANSI B16.5 for bolt patterns. Maximum pressure rating is 150 PSI at 73 degrees F with a maximum operating temperature of 140 degrees F.
Because the Georg Fischer Schedule 80 PVC pipe flanges use fasteners, they create connections between pipes that are easier to take apart than other fittings. The fasteners can be tightened or loosened without moving or twisting the attached pipes. They fit Schedule 80 piping and fittings, which have thicker walls than Schedule 40 and are rated for higher-pressure applications.
