The Bowman CN650PC is a Cupro-Nickel Swimming Pool Heater Exchanger with 650,000 BTUs, designed for commercial pools up to 65,000 gallons. The CN650PC pool heat exchanger has 2-1/2 inch boiler and 1-1/2 inch pool connections. The maximum temperature is 212 degrees F.

The CN-XL Series swimming pool heat exchangers are great for commercial swimming pools. They are ruggedly constructed with Cupro-Nickel tubes and cast iron shells. They can be used in either chlorinated or salt water pools. These pool heat exchangers provide a simplified and practical means of indirectly heating both commercial and municipal pools.

Most hotels, YMCAs, municipal arenas, community centers, universities/colleges and housing complexes use boilers for domestic water heating and other applications. Usually, these boilers are oversized and are not used continuously, even during the winter months. Utilizing this excess capacity for heating the swimming pools and hot tubs ensures continuous operation of the boiler which reduces cycling.

The CN-XL pool heat exchangers provide a high surface area that facilitates high heat transfer rates. These units are designed to handle a flow rate of 400 GPM of pool water with a pressure loss of only 3.2 psi (7.5 feet of water).

They heat saltwater and chlorinated pools using a central heating boiler that operates with efficiencies in the 95% range.
