Description
The ADA Compliant Emergency Poolside Phone for dry environments provides reliable, fast, and hands-free communication for any standard analog line or station. You can program the 1600A Series emergency phones to automatically deliver a digital announcement to identify the location of the emergency call. Alternatively, a DTMF touch tone code may also be delivered. A Call Connected LED can also be initiated manually or automatically.All Series 1600A emergency phones can be programmed from any touch tone telephone. You can program up to five (5) emergency numbers and two (2) central station numbers. All programming parameters, including phone numbers and location numbers, are stored in non-volatile memory. The phones also feature remote programming and automatic noise cancelling.
The emergency phones are phone line powered and require no batteries or external power. The phones are compatible with any common Central Station Monitoring equipment. These phones have an extended temperature range of -30 to 170 degrees F.
The 1600A Series meet ADA requirements for emergency phones. They automatically light the Call Connected LED, transmit a unique location ID code or voice announcement, and have Grade 2 Braille labels for the visually impaired.
This model is for use in dry environments like indoor pools. It can also be used in elevators, entry ways, etc.
