Description

The Genesis Ozone Pro G-Class Plus HECD-130 generates 130 grams of ozone per hour at 5-6% by weight and is 230 volts. The HECD-130 model includes PLC Control to monitor ozone levels, temperature, and other user-controlled variables. The PLC gives you digital messages displayed on the HMI screen. The HECD models also feature a digitally controlled variable ozone output.

The HECD G-Class Plus systems ozone systems utilize low-maintenance 1.6 kHz cold cathode gas-filled corona discharge ozone cells. These systems have configurable feed-gas options (integrated oxygen concentrator system is standard), multiple safety features, self-diagnostic switching, and robust construction. All operate under vacuum for safety and include integrated DEL Ozone Safety Management Systems. DEL Ozone Pro G-Class Plus is the ideal choice for large commercial high-risk pool applications.

Standard features include the Integrated DEL Ozone Safety Management System, Integrated Oxygen Flow Meter, and Automatic Feed-Gas Control which maintains operational set points. The HECD models include variable ozone output control. The units have a powder-coated steel enclosure designed to NEMA-13R standards. It also has a 7-point integrated fault protection system.

The HECD-130 is designed for floor mounting on new or pre-existing commercial aquatics operation. The Genesis Ozone systems are verified for a measurable kill of microbes including Cryptosporidium which is a MAHC requirement for increased risk pools. G-Class Systems are NSF-50 certified for secondary disinfection and are the only ozone sanitizers with 3rd party validation per NSF requirements.
