Product Description

This is an S3V S-Variable Series peristaltic pump which is 120 volts, 2-40 GPD, and has 3/8 inch Versilon tubing. The S-Variable Series pumps feature leak detection, backup pump capability, and remote operation for industrial water and commercial swimming pool applications. The pumps have 20:1 turndown and run at the speed set by the adjustable potentiometer when power is applied or the standby input is removed. The Series has LED pump status indicators and three output relays for indicating the pump's status to a separate device, such as a process control device.

The S3V pumps include a factory-installed Leak Detect Jumper to stop the pump if a leak is detected. The jumper may be removed to allow the pump to continue to run when a leak is detected. The pump also has three dedicated output replays: Leak Detect, Run, and Transfer. The Run sends relay to indicate the pump is operating. The Transfer sends relay from the primary pump to transfer operation to a back-up pump, if a leak is detected, or if there is a loss of power. The pumps also have a Standby Input that can receive a dry contact signal to remotely stop or start the pump. The standby input is also utilized with the transfer relay to set the primary pump to transfer operation to a back-up pump.

The S-Variable Series pumps not only have practical functions, but they also have a durable totally enclosed housing with NEMA 4X rating. The brushless DC motor is equipped with ball bearing support and the switch power mode offers energy efficiency. The splined shaft in the pump head and roller assembly allows smooth installation and replacement.

The S3V model pumps include: 3 connecting nuts 3/8 inch, 2 adapters 3/8 inch, 1 injection fitting (25 PSI), 1 weighted suction line strainer, 1 20-foot roll of white suction/discharge tubing, 1 additional pump tube, 2 additional latches, 1 mounting bracket, and 1 manual.
