Regulations for the State of Idaho for commercial swimming pools dictates the required safety equipment, pool rules signs, safety signs as well as various other traditional construction and safety regulations related to swimming pools.

Notes: | In accordance with Idaho IDAPA 16.02, the Idaho Pool Rules sign reflects specific safety and sanitary rules that are to be followed. Where no lifeguard service is required, pools must post a No Lifeguard sign designed to meet the Idaho code and is in 4 inch and 1 inch lettering. |

- Rescue Pole 12' Required
- Depth Markers Markings shall be visible to persons both in and out of the water. Placed at maximum and minimum depths, at 5 ft break between shallow and deep end, at intermediate 1 ft. increments of depth where the water is 5 ft or less, and at regular intervals around the pool, not more than 25 ft. apart. Numeralsat minimum of 4 inches high.
