Regulations for the State of Minnesota for commercial swimming pools dictates the required safety equipment, pool rules signs, safety signs as well as various other traditional construction and safety regulations related to swimming pools.

Notes: Minnesota’s Pool Rules were developed using the Sanitation and Safety guidelines listed in Minnesota 4717.1650. Public pools open to use must post the Minnesota No Lifeguard Warning sign when the lifeguard is not on duty.
