This is an orange pre-printed 24 inch U.S.C.G. ring buoy with Emergency Use Only in black.Our life ring buoys are manufactured under strict codes and the supervision of the United States Coast Guard. They have solid, closed-cell plastic throughout. Soft and resilient to the touch yet are almost indestructible! The Soft-Tex surface resists weather and temperature extremes and will not rot or mildew.
