Description
This red all-purpose Head Immobilizer features two side blocks with wide Velcro closures allowing a snug fit. It includes 2 head/chin straps and a base plate that fastens easily to the board. The head and chin straps can be placed alternately to accommodate different needs. Waterproof and buoyant, this head immobilizer can be used in water rescue.
Our all-purpose head immobilizer is an excellent choice for rescue backboards and spine boards. It is made with the highest grade of foam and vinyl coated for durability and easy cleaning. With no metal components, it can be worn during X-rays, MRI, and CT scans.
